Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA forms part of the agreement between the Client (Data Controller) and AdReactiv (Data Processor).

1. Subject matter

Processing of client-provided first-party data for predictive analytics services.

2. Duration

For the duration of the service relationship between the parties.

3. Nature and purpose

• Machine-learning analysis
• Lead scoring and prioritization
• Conversion and churn modeling
• Aggregation of predictive segments

4. Categories of data

• CRM data (leads, customers, deal attributes)
• Website interaction events
• Conversion signals provided by client systems

5. Roles

Client is the Data Controller. AdReactiv is the Data Processor and processes data only under the client’s instructions.

6. Subprocessors

AdReactiv may engage essential infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting) strictly to deliver the service.

7. Security

AdReactiv applies appropriate technical and organizational measures including access controls and encrypted transmission.

8. Deletion upon termination

Upon termination or request, AdReactiv will delete or anonymize client data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
