AdReactiv acts solely as a Data Processor. Our clients act as Data Controllers and determine what data is collected and for what purposes. AdReactiv processes data only on behalf of and under the instructions of the client.
3. Data we process
AdReactiv processes only first-party data provided directly by clients, which may include CRM records, website interaction events, and conversion signals.

5. Use with advertising platforms
At the client’s request, AdReactiv may generate aggregated and pre-processed audience segments based on predictive analysis. These segments may be uploaded to advertising platforms solely under the client’s instruction and control.

AdReactiv does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data is not shared with third parties except essential subprocessors required to deliver the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure).
7. Data retention
Data is retained only for the duration of the active service relationship. Upon termination or request, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
