These Terms govern use of the AdReactiv platform.
1. Service description
AdReactiv provides technical data processing and predictive analytics tools based on client-provided first-party data.
2. Client responsibilities
- The client is responsible for lawful data collection and obtaining any required user consents.
- The client is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
3. Data ownership
All data processed through AdReactiv remains the client’s property. AdReactiv does not claim ownership of client data.
4. Advertising platforms
Any export of aggregated segments to advertising platforms is performed only at the client’s request and under the client’s control.
5. Prohibited use
- Unlawful processing or misuse of personal data;
- Resale of personal data or acting as a data broker;
- Any activity that violates third-party platform policies.
6. Termination
Upon termination, processing stops and client data is deleted or anonymized as described in the DPA.
